Masters course begins to develop high standard professionals in sporting infrastructure

A Master’s course has been set up to help with the education of professionals working in sporting infrastructure. That includes all areas such as planning, construction and management. It has been formed by the Politecnico di Milano with the FIGC, Coni Servizi Spa, the Institute for Sporting Credit and Lega Serie A. It revolves around three disciplinary areas which are separated down into two complementary modules. 

Course activities will take place at the Politecnico di Milano’s facilities. There will be individual study such as dissertation preparation and research along with various other activities such as a five-day work shop at Coverciano. There will also be lab work and site visits with stadium tours and seminars. 

The Master’s course is designed for its content to be spread widely. It is designed to teach professionals of a high standard in a multidisciplinary manner. 

Admission forms have to be completed by 15th September 2017. Lessons will begin in October 2017 and they conclude in July 2018. Lessons will be held on Fridays and Saturdays.

The course is limited to degree holders in architecture, engineering, design or affiliated subjects. 
 
For foreign candidates, equivalent foreign qualifications will be considered in the relevant topics according to the demands of the Italian system. 

The Management module can be attended by holders of degrees in Economics and Law or similar subjects. 

The maximum intake is 25.
