Media accreditation process open for October training camps and fixtures

The media accreditation process is open from today Monday 11th September until Monday 25th September for the World Cup qualifiers Italy vs. FYR Macedonia (Turin, Stadio Olimpico) on 6th October 2017 and Albania vs. Italy (Shkoder, Loro Boriçi Stadium) on 9th October 2017. Requests can be made exclusively through the online system at http://www.accreditations.figc.it/Default.Asp?IDLanguage=ENG.

At the same time, the application process is open to attend training press conferences and training sessions in Coverciano for the aforementioned matches.
Media Accreditation: Written Press, Web Reporters and Photographers
It’s possible to request accreditation on the FIGC’s online system after the necessary registration process is completed.
The same process is used for A) freelancers (journalists, web reporters or photographers) who have to complete the form and produced a letter from a media organisation or a photo agency. B) Journalists with a CONI Press Card according to terms and conditions

Multiple Users – Media organisations can request multiple accreditations for their employees (ie reporter/photographer) by sending the request to the FIGC press office at (press@figc.it).

TV and Radio (Non Rights Holders) – Requests must be made to the FIGC using the Multiple Users procedure as mentioned prior. For local television channels, accreditation will be limited to one journalist and one technician. For radio broadcasters, accreditation will be given to one journalist.

Deadlines – The procedures for the aforementioned events will end on Monday 25th September 2017. It should be noted that the system does not allow for late submissions so it will not be possible to request accreditation after the deadline.

Confirmations or Rejections will be communicated after the application process closes.

Accreditation Returns- Accredited media who are unable to cover the event for whatever reason are requested to let the press office know at press@figc.it. Communications received after the closing of the media accreditation pick-up point on matchdays will not be considered and will be regarded as ‘no-shows’ which will be taken into account when making later requests.
