Gianluca Rocchi will be the man in the middle for the UEFA Europa League final between Chelsea and Arsenal on 29 May in Baku. The 45-year-old Florentine will be assisted by Filippo Meli and Lorenzo Manganelli, while Daniele Orsato has been named as the fourth official. The main VAR official will be Massimiliano Irrati, who will be supported by Marco Guida, Szymon Marciniak and Pawel Sokolnicki. Rocchi, who refereed six UEFA Champions League matches this season, has already been involved in two Europa League finals (Atletico Madrid vs. Fulham in 2010 and Ajax vs. Manchester United in 2017) in the role of fourth official.
