9,000 tickets issued for Italy vs. Bulgaria; Azzurri to wear armbands in memory of Morini

After the press conferences with Coach Roberto Mancini and Leonardo Bonucci, the national team carried out their final training session at Coverciano on the eve of the match with Bulgaria which is valid for qualifying for the Qatar 2022 World Cup. For the match scheduled for tomorrow evening at 20.45 CEST, 9,000 tickets were issued at the 'Artemio Franchi' stadium in Florence (the expected capacity is approximately 19,000).

A minute’s silence will be observed in memory of Francesco Morini: The Azzurri will also wear armbands to honour the former national team defender, who died yesterday at the age of 77. Also before the match, UEFA will award Leonardo Bonucci a special cap for reaching 100 appearances with the national team, after he already received a commemorative plaque from federation president Gabriele Gravina before the friendly with San Marino held on 28 May in Cagliari.
