Azzurri’s venues changed in November: in Florence against Estonia and Reggio Emilia against Poland

The venues for Italy’s games against Estonia and Poland in November, after consultation with UEFA, have been changed: Italy’s friendly against Estonia (11 November, 20:45 CEST) from Benevento’s Stadio Ciro Vigorito to Florence’s Stadio Artemio Franchi and the UEFA Nations League game against Poland (15 November, 20:45 CEST) from the Stadio Olimpico in Rome to the Stadio Città del Tricolore in Reggio Emilio. This is to ensure the team’s travel time and distance to and from Coverciano is as short as possible.

For the same reasons, as already mentioned in the past few days, the Under-21 National Team, which will meet in Tirrenia, will play their next competitive fixture as qualification for the European Championship against Sweden at the Arena Garibaldi in Pisa.

The FIGC thanks the councils of Benevento and Roma, the clubs and all of the authorities and city associations involved in the planning of the matches, with the hope of getting the national teams back to these cities soon.
