The Azzurre visit Forte Village as part of their pre-tournament Team Holiday Camp

From Wednesday 11 to Sunday 15 June 2025, the Azzurre will take part in a Team Holiday Camp at Forte Village Resort di Santa Margherita di Pula, in Sardinia. The trip is designed to improve the group's togetherness ahead of the UEFA Womens’ EURO 2025.
Located within 50 hectares of Mediterranean greenery and overlooking one of southern Sardinia’s most iconic beaches, Forte Village is today one of the world’s most popular destinations for hospitality and sporting excellence. Here, mens sana in corpore sano is more than a motto—it’s a philosophy that has earned the resort the titles of World's Leading Sports Academy and World's Leading Sports Resort. With over 20 sports academies led by international legends, top-tier events, state-of-the-art facilities, and a bespoke experiential offering, the bond between Forte Village and sport is strong, authentic, and globally recognised.
During the Holiday Camp, the Azzurre will be able to use a number of services for their wellbeing: with the Acquaforte Thalasso & Spa, perfecting for relaxing and recovery. There is a Performance Centre, with advance High Performance Method technology for the optimisation of performances. There is also a beach, swimming pools and a brilliant offering of food.

Lorenzo Giannuzzi, Forte Village General Director explained: "We are proud to welcome the Italian Women's team here for the first time. Our connection with the FIGC is a huge source of pride: the camp in 2021 which came before the Azzurri's Euro win in 2021 was an unforgettable memory. Now, with the Azzurre, we're beginning a new chapter in terms of sport and excellence".
Marco Brunelli, FIGC General Secretary said: "The Azzurre are footballers who are strong and together on and off the field. They will have the chance to recover and cement their status as a group ahead of Euro 2025. We're happy to extend this partnership to the Azzurre, one that's always helped us in the best of ways, making us feel at home".
