Capital gains investigation: judgements published

The results of the sentence in the trial on the so-called fictitious capital gains have been published on the FIGC website (click here). On 20 January, the Federal Court of Appeal chaired by Mario Luigi Torsello, accepting in part the appeal of the Federal Prosecutor's Office on the partial revocation of the decision of the Federal Court of Appeal in United Sections no. 89 of 27 May last, sanctioned Juventus with 15 penalty points to be deducted in the current football season and with a series of bans for 11 Juventus executives (30 months to Paratici, 24 months to Agnelli and Arrivabene, 16 months to Cherubini, 8 months to Nedved, Garimberti, Vellano, Venier, Hughes, Marilungo and Roncaglio). The Court confirmed the acquittal for the other eight clubs involved (Sampdoria, Pro Vercelli, Genoa, Parma, Pisa, Empoli, Novara and Pescara) and their respective directors and managers.
