An even closer cultural bond, especially recently when only debris and mud remain and you can only guess how much damage has been done. 

The Tiziano Terzani Library in Campi Bisenzio, a key point of reference for the publishing of children’s books, was struck particularly badly by the flood on 2 November: the ground floor of the structure suffered major damage, with 80-100,000 books being destroyed.

The Museo del Calcio Foundation has taken action to support an institution with similar cultural objectives; in order to make a concrete contribution, the entire proceedings from the Coverciano Museo del Calcio from the weekend of 8-10 December will be donated to the Tiziano Terzani Library. 

The museum will follow the standard opening times from 10:00-18:00. Please note that due to renovation work outside, access to the Football Museum can be made through the gate located next to the main entrance, on Viale Palazzeschi. It is advisable to call 055 600526 in the event of a visit.
