The Processo Sportivo Telematico is extended to the Corte Sportiva, the FIGC takes another step forward on the road to innovation

The first federation in the world to launch the Telematic Sports Process in 2021, the FIGC takes another important step on the road to innovation and digitalised management of all sports justice by extending the STP to the National Court of Appeal.

As has already been the case for the last two years for the work of the National Federal Court and the Federal Court of Appeal, from today also for the Court of Appeal the acts and fulfilments of the parties, sports judges and secretariats will be carried out telematically, with the possibility of following all the stages of the process and the progress of the activities in progress. The traceability of all information and documents filed will thus be guaranteed, implementing a transparent and secure dialogue.

This further develops the project, born in October 2019 from a proposal by federal president Gabriele Gravina and carried out thanks to FIFA funding and the synergic work of several Federation offices, which puts the FIGC increasingly at the forefront in the international arena.
