Federico Chiesa is the MVP from the World Cup qualifying match between Italy and Bulgaria, a game which finished 1-1.
The 23-year-old received 71.43% of the votes on the FIGC website, meaning he finished ahead of Jorginho (8.99%) and Nicolò Barella (5,82%).
It was an excellent display from Chiesa, who was a constant threat and broke the deadlock in the 16th minute with a low left-footed strike. He remained proactive throughout and came close to adding a second on more than one occasion, although, ultimately, luck wasn’t on his side. He’s now scored four goals for the National Team.
