The Volunteer Programme

For 15 years, the Italian Football Federation (FIGC) has involved Volunteers in its international events: the challenge is to spark broad interest in the world of sport and football, while building a lasting legacy for sports volunteering in Italy.

Next event: UEFA Super Cup Final 2025

The Programme promotes and safeguards volunteering as a driver of integration and inclusion for everyone taking part in the event: only by recognising the undisputed social value of these initiatives can we enhance their impact on the local communities of the future.

What Volunteers do

Working closely with staff, guests and fans, Volunteers are first and foremost the ambassadors of the event and of the cities hosting the matches. Volunteers may be assigned to the various departments involved in the organisation. During the interviews, candidates can discuss with the selection staff the roles best suited to their aptitudes, interests and availability. For more information, please read the Operational Areas section of the current events.

Applications

Applications are open to anyone who wishes to contribute to the initiative with passion, enthusiasm and energy, provided they are at least 18 years old and available to attend the interview, the training sessions and the activities scheduled during the event period. A basic to intermediate level of English is required.

The Volunteer Programme is open to everyone: we encourage people of all ages, backgrounds and experiences to apply.
