The National Federal Court Disciplinary Section declared the appeal filed by lawyer Renato Miele partly unfounded and partly inadmissible. The appeal concerned the rejection of his candidacy for the role of federal president, due to the lack of accreditation required under Article 24, Paragraph 5 of the FIGC Statute, as well as the approval of the candidacies of Giancarlo Abete and Giovanni Malagò.
