The Federal Court of Appeal has rejected lawyer Renato Miele’s appeal against the decision of the National Federal Tribunal, which on 8 June had ruled his complaint partly unfounded and partly inadmissible. The original appeal challenged the rejection of his candidacy for the position of FIGC president, due to the lack of accreditation under Article 24, paragraph 5 of the FIGC Statute, as well as the approval of the candidacies of Giancarlo Abete and Giovanni Malagò.
