The HAND IN HAND executive committee meeting was held on 28 August. The European project aims to combat violence against women, with the primary objective of using sport as a tool to tackle gender-based violence. The project is promoted by the EU through the European Education and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA) and involves the FIGC, which leads a group of partners including Unimore, Formodena, EuroHockey, the Albanian Football Federation, the French Field Hockey Federation, Bulgarian Sport Hub (which also includes the BFU) and Alice Milliat, a French association dedicated to promoting inclusion in sport.

During the meeting, the release of promotional projects was approved, including an update to the methodology proposed by UNIMORE. This will provide a first version agreed with Alice Milliat, which will be presented and discussed in Sofia before being published at the end of the year. The executive committee meeting in Sofia was also scheduled for 8 and 9 October at the BHS headquarters.
