The Sassuolo forward picked up an injury in the closing stages of this morning’s training session and the initial tests confirmed the fracture in her right leg

In the final minutes of training this morning, Sassuolo forward Sofia Cantore suffered a fracture to the fibula in her right leg. Initial tests following the raising of the injury confirmed the expected. Tomorrow, Cantore will leave the training camp in Lagos, where the Azzurre continue preparations for their fixture against Norway on Sunday afternoon at 12 noon (13:00 CET).
