Andrea Soncin stops by Sampdoria and Como before Milan on Saturday

The Azzurre Head Coach has completed his tour of Serie A sides. Accompanied by assistants Viviana Schiavi and Alessandro Turone, as well as fitness coach Mattia Toffolutti, the visits to Sampdoria and Como marked the end of the tour of the 10 top division teams.

Yesterday, at the Boreo in Genoa, the coach attended the game between Salvatore Mango’s side and the Primavera. After the ‘mini-match’, Soncin and his assistants met with the Head of the Blucerchiato Women’s Sector, Marco Palmieri. This morning, the Azzurre delegation attended a training session in Como headed up by Marco Bruzzano, the youngest coach of a professional club in Italy at just 30 years old. Director Miro Keci, Sporting Director Paolo Gbba and the Head of Scouting Salvatore Piccolo were all present at the Sport Village in Cislago.

These meetings are important moments of exchange for the technical staff and more will be organised in the coming months. The aim will be to continue to strengthen the bond between Club Italia and various clubs, with the Head Coach continuing to follow the work of his players in Serie A (and not only) ahead of the Euro 2025 qualifiers. On Saturday afternoon, Soncin will be at the Vismara for the match between AC Milan and Fiorentina.
