Roberto Mancini has called up Gian Marco Ferrari for Monday’s match against Northern Ireland in Belfast, which will be Italy’s last qualifying fixture for the 2022 World Cup in Qatar.

The Sassuolo defender made his Azzurri debut in Cagliari on 28 May, when he got on the scoresheet in the team’s friendly victory over San Marino before the European Championship.
