The Under 16s will start their season with two friendlies against England on Tuesday 23 (18:00 CEST) and Thursday 25 August (11:00 CEST) at the 'Silvio Piola' stadium in Vercelli. For the games, Head Coach Daniele Zoratto has called up 23 players, all born in 2007, with the camp scheduled to start on Saturday 20 August.

The Under-16 side, who also have games against Switzerland lined up on the 13 and 15 September at the Novarello Training Centre, will hope to repeat last season's achievements after a run of fine victories over some prestigious teams: Belgium, France, Germany and Spain.
