Media accreditation for the following 2026 World Cup European Play-off matches is now open exclusively via the FIGC online system (figc.getyourevent.online):

  • Italy vs Northern Ireland (Bergamo, “Stadio di Bergamo” – 26 March 2026, 20:45 CET)
  • Game 2 (venue to be confirmed – 31 March 2026, 20:45 CET)
  • National Team Training Camp A (Coverciano, Federal Technical Centre – from 23 March 2026. 

The deadline to submit media accreditation requests is Thursday 5 March at 12:00 CET.

This procedure is reserved for national and international media in the categories of written press, NRH broadcasters, and photographers. The following are excluded: media based in Northern Ireland; and media based in Wales and Bosnia and Herzegovina, limited to Game 2

Accreditation requests can only be submitted after completing the required registration on the FIGC Accreditations portal.

Please note that access for media to stadiums and to media activities held on MD-1 and MD will be granted only to accredited personnel for each match, subject to the actual availability of workspace. Confirmation or refusal of accreditation will be communicated only after the application window has closed.

Coverciano training camp: Operational details regarding media activities at the Coverciano Technical Centre will be published on www.figc.it in the “Media Area” section. The programme will be announced in the coming weeks.

Access to the Technical Centre will be limited to journalists and photographers according to the scheduled programme. Video operators and cameramen will not be allowed entry with cameras. As usual, FIGC will provide audiovisual recordings and distribute, upon request, footage from press conferences and daily training sessions.
