Ci sono tre azzurri campioni d’Europa nell’undici ideale del 2021: Gigio Donnarumma, Leonardo Bonucci e Jorginho. I tre calciatori campioni d'Europa sono stati inseriti nella squadra ideale ai FIFA Best Awards 2021.

In porta Gigio Donnarumma, difesa con David Alaba, Ruben Dias e Leonardo Bonucci, a centrocampo Jorginho, N'Golo Kantè, Kevin De Bruyne, in attacco Cristiano Ronaldo, Erling Haaland, Robert Lewandowski e Lionel Messi: è questo il FIFPro Men's World 11, l'undici ideale del 2021, annunciato durante la cerimonia dei "The Best FIFA Football Awards" a Zurigo.

Per il secondo anno di fila l’azzurra Barbara Bonansea, attaccante della Juventus, è stata inserita nel "Fifpro Women's World XI", l'undici ideale femminile del 2021. Con lei sono state premiate anche Endler, Bronze, Renard, Bright, Eriksson, Banini, Lloyd, Miedema, Marta e Morgan.
