Matteucci will also coach the U20 National Team at September’s World Cup in Poland, while Del Prete is currently leading Italy at the Mediterranean Games. Former Italy international Sandy Iannella joins the U19 coaching staff

In Taranto, the Azzurrini took the lead through Perillo, but Tunisia staged a second-half comeback. Technical Director Ranieri commented: “They showed maturity and played encouraging football.” Franceschini added: “We couldn’t ask for any more from them.”
