Monza’s stadium will host Italy vs. Sweden on Tuesday 12 October (17:30 CEST), a qualifying match for the next European Under 21 Championship. The Azzurrini, who will begin their qualifying journey in Group F by facing Luxembourg in Empoli on 3 September and Montenegro in Vicenza on 7 September, and who will also visit Bosnia and Herzegovina on 8 October, will return to Monza 21 years after the 0-0 draw in the friendly with England in November 2000 in what is the only previous Under 21 match in the city of Brianza.
