The ADC system (Audio Descriptive Commentary) will be active on Friday evening for Italy’s match versus North Macedonia at Roma’s Stadio Olimpico for blind fans. Twenty blind fans invited by the FIGC along with their respective companions to the Monte Mario Stand, will be able to follow the match thanks to a dedicated commentator and a supporting platform.
The system, already used in Milan for the European Qualifier versus Ukraine and the Nations League match versus England, is systematically used by various Serie A clubs for home matches and from March 2024, it will be used for all Italy National Team games, in line with the FIGC’s sustainability strategy (Policy 4: football for all abilities).
